How long does delivery take?
Processing Time: Typically 1-2 weeks, often sooner. Since everything is hand packed please allow us some time to get your order ready.
USPS Shipping Speed:
- US Orders: 2-5 business days.
- International Orders: 1-4 weeks.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email. It may take about 12 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Cancellation?
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account. We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if your order has arrived you may submit a return/refund request for review.
