Refund and Returns

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the original shipment date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Customer shoulders the cost of return shipping.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to store address (will be provided via email). Please ship the items back to us with a note containing your order number, email address and your request for refund/replacement (design, size, color).

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
